At Bloch, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, tights and undergarments cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Bloch shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
